Dozens of thousands of Russian enterprises are of high investment potential. Thus investors need as much information as possible and a united structured database concerning issuers in Russia. Issuers in their turn should provide investors with information according to the regulation “About disclosure of information provided by issuers of emission shares and stocks” adopted on October, 10th 2006 in the order #06-117/pz-n. by Federal service of financial market. The ROSEMITENT Database project links issuers and investors. Each issuer has its own page where all the information needed is presented. Moreover he can run its own newspage and update it online. Via these newspages news are uploaded on the site from their primary source that helps investors to be aware of all events that take place in issuer companies. The ROSEMITENT project makes business more transparent, helps investors to be better informed of the companies in question and lets issuers to present themselves visually through photos and videos.
Our target is availability, efficiency and convenience of information providing. That is why so far all the sections of The ROSEMITENT Database project are free and available for all possible investors.
